How can you smartly spy on content marketing by your competition and avoid their costly mistakes ?

How many of you have wondered if there was a service which could tell you where exactly is your competition advertising and how effective it is for them?

I am sure, there are many of you around who could kill for an answer.

Especially, when it comes to native advertising, there are very few ways in which you can learn more about which platform is working for your competition and which content is generating a lot of views. Such data, if available, could easily help you focus your marketing spends on relevant and most performing native advertising platforms for your industry.

Recently, I tried Anstrex, a revolutionary service which helps you figure out on which native content marketing platforms your industry is investing and what content is working for them. I was researching on content ideas around “personal finance” for a fintech client in India. The search results from Anstrex gave me some interesting insights on what kind of paid content marketing is working for my industry, which native ad platforms are being most used and which ones are performing.

Here is a snapshot of the search results.

I was able to sort the results in ascending/descending order of ad strength, ad gravity etc. A more detailed analysis of each native content piece is available which shares details of the ad networks used by the advertiser, demographics of viewers of the ad, different landing pages and creatives used etc. Its a goldmine of information for someone who wants to benchmark their content marketing with their competition and closely watch whats happening out there in their industry.
